Every learner gets a certificate …

  • to celebrate achievement
  • to build confidence
  • to inform future learning and teaching.

A maximum of five shields for each part of the test (Reading & Writing paper, Listening paper, Speaking paper).

Key notes:

  • If your child passes Pre A1 level by 3rd grade they have covered everything needed on the Korean English Performance tests.
  • If your child passes A1 level by 5th grade they have covered everything needed on the Korean English Performance tests.
  • If your child passes A2 level by 6th grade they have covered everything needed on the Korean English Performance tests.
  • If your child passes B1 level by 2nd grade middle school they have covered every needed on the Korean English Performance tests.
  • If your child passes B2 level by 2nd grade High school they have covered everything needed on the Korean English Performance tests. Therefore when they take their Koren SAT English section, the skills required have been covered, providing they get above B2 level
